In addition to our CNC machining services, we also offer design consulting services, drawing on our years of experience in manufacturing to help customers eliminate unnecessary and costly design features in their product design. By designing products for manufacturability, customers can ultimately make their products more attractive at a lower cost. We use Solidworks for our CAD software and MasterCAM for our CNC programming software, and we have extensive experience in the design and engineering field.
Our CNC machining services are supported by a complete climate-controlled inspection department that employs all standard shop tooling for inspection, as well as optical gauging and Swiss CMM technology. We plan and carry out each job with the utmost care to ensure that products are inspected during production and again at final inspection, guaranteeing that finished goods are correct and complete when they leave AIT.
